GRPCC Sponsorship Appeal
Dear Industry Mailers and Businesses:
The Greater Rochester Postal Customer Council (GRPCC) was organized more than 40 years ago to improve communication between businesses that use the mail and local postal resources. This partnership has become an important tool for improving postal customer service and customer satisfaction.
Our goal is to continue to provide education and support to the local mailing community. In order for us to continue, we need your support. We are reaching out to our local business community and offering the opportunity to become a sponsor of the GRPCC.
Your sponsorship will support over 800 members of the business mailing community. It is a distinctive opportunity for you to reach our diversified membership comprised of representatives from many local businesses including retail, nonprofit, government agencies, printers, mailers, designers, schools and many other businesses.
SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION
What does Sponsorship get you?
- You can link your business from our GRPCC website at www.GreaterRochesterPCC.com. This site is updated regularly and includes the latest postal news and regulations. We also direct attendees to this site to register for all events. We will also have a sponsor page specifically designed for all our sponsors that indicates their level of sponsorship.
- Your company name and logo will be included on a display board that will be prominently displayed at all of our events.
- As a sponsor you would have direct contact with the US Postal Service at all of our events.
- You would have direct access to other mailing providers in the area that you can network with and that can help support your business.
- You will be invited to all PCC events during the year.
- One of our most attended events is the annual tour of the local postal processing facility. It is a wonderful opportunity to see firsthand, how all mail is processed and distributed.
- We will also feature a network reception where our “Express Sponsors” can set up a table and showcase their capabilities.
- You can hear about current, future and proposed changes in the US Postal Service regulations, rates and a wide variety of other developments. Learn money-saving techniques in mail preparation to reduce your postal rates. Find practical solutions for your mailing challenges.
- You may be asked to speak at specific industry presentations to share your knowledge and expertise.
- You would also be allowed to include promotional material in an event giveaway bag when available.
Three Levels of Annual Sponsorship
Sponsorship is on an annual basis (January – December).
$200/year –Express Sponsor
Includes all of the above
$100/year – Priority Sponsor
All of the above except being an exhibitor at the network reception.
$25/year – First Class Sponsor
Your company name on our sponsorship page (not hyper linked)
Disclaimer
Sponsors will enjoy the benefits as noted above. Sponsors will NOT be allowed to do the following:
- Make sales presentations to be brand specific about their products during the formal program, unless competitors are also mentioned. This applies to event monitors, speakers or panel participants. Sponsor will be allowed to make a presentation after the formal program has concluded to anyone who wishes to stay for the presentation.
- Cold call PCC members unless the PCC member asks to be contacted or leaves a business card with their contact information.
- Send spam via email to PCC members or other event sponsors.
- Send direct mail to members unless the member has requested information or left their contact information.
