The WNY District Business Mail Entry Unit is holding a pair of “Meet and Greet” Political and Election Mail educational sessions for all Mail Service Providers (MSPs), one in Rochester and one in Buffalo.
The intent of these educational sessions is for the WNY manager of the BME (MBME) to:
- Share information and answer questions about the Political and Election Mail process
- Provide each MSP with a 2016 Official Election Mail Program Toolkit
- Ensure MSPs are familiar with the Political Mail webpage on usps.com (https://www.usps.com/business/political-mai)
- Introduce key staff members, and provide their contact information (phone andemail), who can support MSPs with Political and Election Mail questions.
Rochester NY: @ 1335 Jefferson Rd.
Tuesday March 15 from 1:00 – 2:30 PM
Buffalo NY: @ 1200 William St.
Wednesday March 16 from 1:00 – 2:30 PM
In both Rochester and Buffalo, you may park in the employee parking lot, and enter via the
visitor entrance adjacent to the employee turnstile gate. Security will check you in. and direct
you to the classroom.
